What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We always strive to bring our customers the highest quality product for the lowest, most reasonable price. Standard Shipping charges are displayed at the check out page. 

Some clocks are heavier and/or bigger than others and will have a higher shipping fee. If you have placed multiple items in your cart, the shipping charges will be grouped according to the weight and size of the package.

Express shipping can be requested using the contact form as price varies according to location. If you are requesting for a quote on Express Shipping, please provide your full address in the contact form.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all VISA & MASTER Cards. Alternatively, you may choose to use your PayPal account to make payment at your convenience.

For customers without PayPal account, you may choose to make payment using your VISA and/or MASTER Cards via our payment provider Stripe.

All transactions are 100% secure and we do not have access to your credit card details at all.

What shipping avenues do you provide and where do you ship from?

We rely on the hardworking people from our local post service to logistic companies like DHL to help bring your Nixie Clocks to you in a reliable, fast and safe manner.

You may expect to receive your products from either of our satellite stores around the world. We are blessed with our supporting partners in China, the U.S., Ukraine, Poland & Singapore to help bring our clocks to our customers within their proximity.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time for Standard Shipping range from 2 weeks to 3 weeks and varies from place to place.

Express Shipping (Non-DHL) will range from 8 days to 14 days, again, depending on location.

Express Shipping via DHL costs the most but the estimated delivery time is 8 days max from the day of shipping.

Can I customize my clock?

We will try to cater to your request if technically and logistically possible. Any customization will incur additional time and charge. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated invoice sent to your registered email address stating the details of the transaction.

From there, we will test and prepare the clock for shipment the next day and ship out 1 day after receiving the order.

We will require 3 to 5 working days for the courier company to get back to us with the tracking number and we will issue you a tracking number note. This note will be sent to your registered email address, do check your spam or junk folder frequently for lost emails.

Once you have received your clock, we will write in again to check if you have received the clock in proper working condition and the warranty will commence.

Do I get a discount if I were to order more clocks?

Yes. We always welcome corporate gift giving or family orders.

We have served multiple corporate clients and our clocks are well-loved by the recipients. Large orders will always be entertained with discount.

Do you offer any warranty?

We provide limited warranty of 1-year for the circuit board and 6-months for the tubes. However, we do not cover breakages or negligence of any severity.

Are you listed on any marketplace such as Amazon or eBay?

We are currently listed on Carousell which is based in South East Asia. For international customers, please purchase the clock on this website.

We try to provide the best value to our customers by cutting out the middle men and passing down the savings to our customers so that our customers can purchase our clocks at a cheaper rate.

Will I enjoy the same buyers' protection I can expect from Marketplaces such as eBay & Amazon?

Yes, you will still enjoy the same buyers’ protection as other marketplaces even if you purchase clocks from our website.

We prioritize our customer’s shopping experience above everything else and we adhere strictly to our cancellation, refund/return and replacement policies.

Do you sell spare tubes?

Yes, we have spare tubes for purchase should you wish to have your existing tubes replaced or stock up on spares.

As we are mainly a nixie clock retailer, we do not list tubes on the site for ready purchase. We are saving our tubes for our customers who wish to purchase a whole clock with tubes or seeking for tube replacement.

How about VAT?

We always declare our clocks at 30 Euros for exports, under-declaring below 30 Euros has caused some trouble with customs in the past.

We have tried to list as “sample” however, we were told to add a value to our clocks despite being “samples”.

We seek to gain your understanding on the limitations of what we can declare when shipping to Europe.
